Finding My True North

The compass that guided me home

I’ve always been drawn to healing…the kind that happens through presence, touch, and truth. I started studying massage after high school simply because I needed healing myself. At that time, my body was speaking loudly through pain, fatigue, and disconnection. Learning anatomy, energy systems, and the language of the body became the first step in understanding how deeply our physical and emotional worlds intertwine.

Learning the language of the body — anatomy, energy systems, and nervous system patterns — was my first step toward understanding how deeply our physical and emotional worlds intertwine. Massage school became my initiation into real healing. I began to see how the body holds the stories of our safety, our pain, and our power.

Over the years, I’ve come to see that the body is the compass. This is not a problem to fix, but a guide that points us toward alignment and truth.

Pain, tension and burnout aren’t failures; they’re messages from within.

When we learn to regulate, to slow down, and to actually listen, healing begins to ripple outward. This changes how we show up for ourselves, our work, and the people we love.

Today, I bring all of this into my work as a somatic coach, bodyworker, and teacher. My sessions blend practical tools with deep presence to support lasting change that starts from within and touches every part of life.

If you’re ready to feel grounded, clear, and connected to your own rhythm, I’ll meet you there…

Beyond the Work

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me recharging in the same ways I guide others to — through movement, stillness, and time in nature. I’m a mother, a student of the body, and someone who’s continually learning what it means to live in alignment with what truly matters.

I love hiking with my kids, practicing yoga under open skies, or tending to the quiet moments of daily life, I see each as a way to listen, to recalibrate, and to remember.

Healing isn’t something separate from living, instead it’s woven through how we breathe, connect, and come home to ourselves, again and again.
