Equinox Gathering

Tuning In. Letting Go. Planting Seeds.

Join us in Lyons, Colorado, on September 22nd at the True North Wellness Studio, as we celebrate the harvest and prepare for the darkness of winter. This gathering is an invitation to align with the rhythms of the earth, the equinox, and yourself. Led by wellness facilitator and life coach Taylor Lee, this experience opens space for reflection:

  • What parts of us do we carry into this world, shaped by what has happened around us, to us and through us?

  • What are we choosing now to cultivate and tend to?

  • What needs releasing, and what do we want to root deeply within ourselves?

We’ll move gently with each other, practice meditation and breathwork, and share meaningful connection in a women’s circle. Together we’ll explore the cycles of harvest and renewal, asking: what are you watering? what are you releasing? what are you calling in?

Taylor will provide a nourishing simple, seasonal vegan soup and harvest bread. Please bring an intentional small offering of nourishing beauty for the communal table.

Together, we’ll set intentions for the season ahead. 🍂
